Questions buyers ask
What is Instaboost?
Instaboost is an autonomous multi-channel outbound system for founders and small go-to-market teams. It reuses durable business context across sourcing, campaigns, sending, follow-up, replies, learning, and refill.
Is Instaboost an AI SDR?
Instaboost fits the AI SDR category because it is designed to own recurring sales-development work such as discovery, campaign construction, outreach, follow-up, reply handling, and meeting booking.
What does autonomous outbound mean?
Autonomous outbound means the system carries the recurring campaign work forward after setup instead of waiting for a person to rebuild each step. It still operates inside audience, compliance, pacing, and account-health boundaries.
How is Instaboost different from an email sequencer?
An email sequencer focuses on scheduled sending. Instaboost is designed to connect discovery, campaign building, channel-native sending, follow-up, replies, booking, learning, and refill as one continuing loop.
Who is Instaboost for?
Instaboost is for founders and small go-to-market teams that want outbound to keep operating after initial setup. Current target verticals include real-estate wholesalers, real-estate cash buyers, and B2C life-insurance lead teams.
What happens after initial setup?
The system continues the recurring work: sourcing, campaign construction, message generation, sending, follow-up, reply handling, meeting booking, learning, and campaign refill.
Do users need to log in every day?
The product is designed so users do not perform the recurring outreach work manually every day. People still own strategy, relationships, exceptional judgment, and any blocker that genuinely requires them.
Does Instaboost create campaigns?
Yes. Its product model connects audience context and discovery to campaign construction rather than requiring a separate manual export and campaign build for every segment.
Does Instaboost write outreach copy?
Yes. Messages are generated from saved business knowledge and conversation rules, with channel-specific execution rather than one generic message copied everywhere.
Does Instaboost handle follow-ups?
Yes. Follow-ups continue on schedule when a prospect is silent, subject to the campaign and account safety boundaries.
Does Instaboost handle sales replies?
Yes. The system includes context-aware reply handling and keeps conversation context available for the next action. Exceptional or sensitive situations still need human judgment.
Does Instaboost book meetings?
The product includes meeting booking as part of the outbound loop. Booking should be treated as an outcome of relevant conversation, not as a reason to contact every prospect more aggressively.
Does Instaboost refill campaigns?
Yes. Campaign refill is part of the continuing loop when list runway is low, subject to the saved audience and product safety rules.
How does Instaboost find prospects?
Instaboost uses free and open discovery and enrichment as the primary acquisition path, then connects discovered prospects to the relevant outbound channel.
Does Instaboost use a paid lead database?
Paid discovery APIs are not part of the product’s default acquisition model. The product emphasizes free and open discovery and enrichment.
Does Instaboost guess email addresses?
No. Email outreach uses verified scraped or supplied addresses. The system must not pattern-guess email addresses for outreach.
Can I import my own leads?
Yes. Imported leads can enter the platform, while the product also supports discovery against a saved audience. Imported records still need to follow the system’s validation, suppression, and outreach rules.
How does Instaboost use an ICP?
The system uses saved audience context to guide discovery, campaign construction, and refill. Audience context is part of the durable business knowledge reused across the loop.
Which channels does Instaboost support?
Instaboost supports Email, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram paths according to its current product documentation.
Are the channels native?
The product is designed around channel-native execution. Each channel keeps its own sending behavior and controls while sharing the business context behind the campaign.
Can Instaboost run multichannel outbound?
Yes. It can coordinate Email, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram paths while keeping channel behavior distinct rather than flattening every action into one generic sequence.
How does Instaboost handle channel differences?
The business context is shared, but the execution remains channel-specific. That means a connection request, email, X message, or Instagram action is not treated as the same event.
Is Instaboost email-only?
No. Email is one channel. The product also documents LinkedIn, X, and Instagram execution.
How does Instaboost protect sender health?
The system uses account-health checks, pacing, daily limits, warmup or session checks where relevant, suppression handling, and pause controls before work moves.
Does Instaboost use pacing and daily caps?
Yes. Pacing and daily limits are part of the product’s operating boundaries, so autonomy does not mean unlimited sending.
What happens when an account has a health issue?
The system should stop or hold the affected work and surface a clear blocker when human action is required. It should not silently continue through a failed health prerequisite.
Does Instaboost support warmup?
The product includes warmup-aware operation and an opt-in warmup pool path. Warmup and account health remain part of the send-readiness checks.
Is there a pause control?
Yes. Instaboost has global and per-campaign pause controls so a user can stop all work or make a narrower intervention when needed.
What autonomy modes are available?
Instaboost documents three modes: Autopilot, Guardrail, and Pilot. They change how much review the user keeps around otherwise automated work.
What is Autopilot mode?
Autopilot is the default mode. Eligible work proceeds automatically when the system’s hard rails are green.
What is Guardrail mode?
Guardrail keeps the system moving while adding confirmation around defined risky actions. It is for teams that want continuous operation with selected checkpoints.
What is Pilot mode?
Pilot is a deliberate opt-out from full autonomy. The system prepares the work, but sending remains subject to the user’s review.
Can I change autonomy mode later?
Yes. The autonomy mode is a user preference that can be changed in Settings.
How much does Instaboost cost?
The current Pro plan is $99/month. Pricing can change, so check the current product page before purchasing.
What is included in Pro?
The current Pro plan is $99/month and includes 2,500 lead records, 5,000 outbound messages, and 500 AI credits. Optional AI credit packs cover additional usage.
Are AI credit packs available?
Yes. Optional AI credit packs are available in addition to the Pro plan. Check the current billing page for the active pack options.
Who should not use Instaboost?
It may not be the right fit for teams where every first contact depends on a known personal relationship, or for teams that only want a narrow one-channel sequencer and already have someone operating it successfully.
How does Instaboost compare with Instantly and Smartlead?
Instantly and Smartlead are strong fits for email infrastructure and sequence control. Instaboost is aimed at teams that want discovery, campaign work, follow-up, replies, booking, and refill owned as a continuing loop.
How does Instaboost compare with Lemlist?
Lemlist can fit teams that want hands-on multichannel sequencing and personalization. Instaboost is aimed at teams that want more of the recurring outbound operation owned by the system.
How does Instaboost compare with Artisan and 11x?
Those products publicly position themselves around autonomous AI sales work or digital workers. The right comparison is the complete workflow: setup, discovery, campaign ownership, channels, replies, safety controls, pricing, and the human work left behind.
Is Instaboost available now?
Yes. The current product source says Instaboost V3 is public and new accounts can sign up directly.
How do I get started?
Start at the public website, establish business context, connect the channels you want to use, and let the system build the recurring outbound path within its operating boundaries.
